What is the principle of PRP face?
PRP (or “Platelet Rich Plasma”) is an aesthetic medicine treatment that uses the patient’s own blood to stimulate skin cell regeneration. This treatment is natural, effective and has few undesirable side effects. It is ideal for people seeking a natural alternative to dermal fillers such as hyaluronic acid.
Blood plasma contains red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets, which contribute to the healing process, including wound healing. When these platelets are isolated and injected into a treatment area, they stimulate the production of reparative cells.
During a PRP session, blood is drawn and processed in a centrifuge to create a high concentration of platelets. This platelet-rich plasma containing growth factors is then collected and injected directly into the face (also known as a “vampire lift” on certain social networks), in the same way as it is injected into the scalp for a PRP hair treatment.
What are its indications?
- Anti-aging prevention and a radiance boost from age 25 – PRP can help prevent the signs of aging and give skin a radiance boost from age 25 by stimulating collagen and elastin production in the skin.
- Rejuvenating the skin of the face, neck, décolleté and hands by stimulating collagen production – PRP can help rejuvenate the skin of the face, neck, décolleté and hands by stimulating the production of collagen and elastin in the skin. It is one of the basic treatments in aesthetic medicine.
- Treatment of dark circles – PRP can help treat dark circles by stimulating blood circulation and increasing collagen production in the treated area.
- Improving the appearance of scars (acne scars, …) – PRP can help improve the appearance of scars, including acne scars, by stimulating cell regeneration in the treated area using growth factors.

Your journey in 3 steps
- Consultation
- Treatment
- Follow-up

At a glance
30 to 40 min, under local anaesthetic, with conventional blood sampling and plasma extraction
On an outpatient basis, 3 days before the session, it is important not to take aspirin or anti-inflammatory drugs, as they may increase the risk of bleeding and bruising.
1 day
Avoid saunas, steam baths, exposure to UV rays and cold, and intense physical activity.
Activities can be resumed immediately. Avoid make-up and any aesthetic treatment on the injected area in the days that follow.

The result
With PRP facial, you can expect firmer, smoother, more radiant skin thanks to the natural stimulation of collagen and elastin production. Fine lines and wrinkles will be visibly reduced, dark circles and scars improved, and overall skin texture rejuvenated.
The results are progressive, lasting several months, and offer a radiance-boosting effect without altering facial volumes, all with minimal recovery time.
